MBD2

Quality Inspection
TI impact toughness: Using the fixed impact number method, the sample is impacted for a certain number of times, then sieved, and the impact toughness is expressed in terms of the percentage of the uncrushed material.
Through the TI test, each batch of abrasive intensity and hardness is controlled within a narrow range, and the larger wave times are reduced to achieve consistent quality.
TTI thermal shock toughness: The pattern is first heated at 1100°C for 10 minutes, and then tested for impact toughness TI. The resulting value is the TTI value.
TTI's main test for heat resistance, thermal stability, is the ability of a crystal to retain its strength after high temperature processing.
Magnetic susceptibility X0: The magnetic susceptibility of diamond is determined by its internal metal impurities, showing a linear relationship. The lower the impurity content, the weaker the magnetism, the higher the strength, the better the crystal form, and the better the thermal stability.
