Diamond micron powder for diamond wire is specifically for silicon, sapphire cutting diamond wire saw. Through Yangge's control of particle size, removal of small particles and large particles in the product, the consumption of cutting materials is reduced, and the product quality and processing efficiency of the customer's products are improved.
We use laser diffraction method to measure the diameter of diamond powder. Commonly used instruments include Malvern Mastersizer 2000 laser particle size analyzer, Microtrac S3500 series of mechanical particle size analyzer and X100 laser particle size analyzer.

Storage note:
The diamond powder should be stored in a dry environment to avoid the formation of clumps due to moisture in the powder. If the agglomeration of the fine powder will cause uneven mixing, bubbles or cracks will appear during heating and sintering, and defective products will appear.
