1. Check whether the grinding wheel is damaged or has quality problems. The grinding wheel with cracks and other defects is absolutely not allowed to be installed and used.
2. Check the stability of the flange. When installing the grinding wheel, to ensure the strength of the flange, the outer diameters of the two flanges must be consistent, and the diameter must not be less than one-third of the diameter of the grinding wheel. The general matching clearance between the inner hole of the grinding wheel, the grinding wheel shaft and the outer circle of the flange is 0.1~0.9mm, and the clearance of the high-speed grinding wheel should be small.
And finally the installation:
1. Check whether the characteristics of the grinding wheel meet the requirements for use, and whether the size of the grinding wheel matches the spindle. The aperture size of the grinding wheel should be accurate to 0.01 mm to ensure that the looseness of the grinding wheel and the spindle of the grinding machine is appropriate and should not be too large or too small.
2. Remove the grinder cover, loosen the nut holding the old wheel to the grinder shaft, remove the nut, remove the outer flange from the grinder shaft that holds the old wheel in place, remove the old wheel, and remove it from the grinder shaft Remove inner flange
3. There should be an elastic material liner or cushion between the flange and the grinding wheel, the usual thickness is 1-1.5 mm, which can make the pressure evenly distributed.
The gasket is pressed on the surface of the grinding wheel by the flange. When installing the grinding wheel, it is necessary to find out the exact center of the grinding wheel. After installing the flange, check whether the outer circle of the grinding wheel is concentric with the main shaft.
Make sure that at least one side of the wheel is perpendicular to the centerline of the spindle. If the outer diameter of the grinding wheel is greater than 150 mm,
4. Pay attention to the advanced balance after installing the flange. Then put it into the grinder for trimming, check the balance again after trimming, and use it after checking.
