Production Process

How to Use and Steps
         1. Grinding straight edges: Install the simple track on the glass according to the relevant dimensions, adjust the edging guide wheel to make it smoothly and flexibly move linearly along the guide rail, so as to achieve the purpose of grinding straight edges.
    When using, first choose a grinding wheel that is suitable for the thickness and shape of the edge of the plate to be ground and install it on the mill, fix the track, adjust the height of the grinding wheel, and lock it with the lock handle, adjust the knife handle, and make the grinding wheel and the edge of the plate. After contacting, and there is a suitable amount of grinding, then open the water valve to spray cold water onto the grinding wheel, turn on the power switch to make the grinding wheel run normally, and then operate the grinder to grind at a constant speed along the track.
    Note that the grinding cannot be stopped in the middle of the grinding, otherwise there will be a depression in the stop. If this happens, you need to re-grind after a small amount of feed to correct it.
    If you are proficient in the operation, you don't need to use the rail guide, and you can directly manipulate the machine to grind a more standardized edge. After the grinding is completed, the polishing wheel is replaced for polishing. There is no need to track during polishing. You only need to operate the grinding machine to make the polishing wheel lean against the edge of the plate, and to reciprocate several times with appropriate pressure to polish to the required brightness.
   2. Grinding curves and arc edges: You don’t need rails, you only need to skillfully operate the grinder to grind along the edges of the curved slab. Circular motion can be used to process a standard round product, and the other working procedures are the same as straight edge grinding.
 
Operation precautions and maintenance
   1. Before operation, check whether the cable is in good condition, whether there is any damage or leakage, whether the electrical appliance is damp, and a leakage protector must be installed in the user line.
   2. Wear insulating gloves during operation to prevent accidents.
   3. There must be sufficient pressure of cooling water during grinding to ensure the efficiency of grinding and the service life of the grinding wheel.
   4. If the speed drops suddenly during use, reduce the pressure of the mill and try not to overload it, otherwise the motor will be easily damaged. Check the carbon brush frequently, pay attention to replacement, and transfer it to prevent abrasion.
