Note:
1. The minimum speed of 4mm-50mm shall not be lower than 2800 rpm.
2. During the use of all drills, feed on 20 holes is between 0.6mm-0.8mm per second, and after 20 holes, according to the actual use, speed up appropriately, and control 2-4mm glass to between 0.5mm-0.8mm, 4mm-8mm glass can be between 0.8mm-1.2mm, 8nn-9nn glass can be between 1-1.5mm, and the fastest cannot exceed 1.5mm per second.
3. Water must flow from the center of the drill bit during use, and the water pressure must be large enough to ensure that the drill bit is cooled during use and the glass powder is removed during use, so as to prevent the bit from being burned due to lack of water or insufficient water pressure.
4. For 4mm-40mm sharpening-free glass diamond drill bit, after adjusting the best speed and feed rate, they do not need to be sharpened again during use and can be used up directly. If it appears, there will be large hole bursts during use. For sharp situations, 120#-140# white corundum grinding wheel can be used, and the cutting edge can be used again.
